These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph club platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at phclub.bio. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
What ph club promises you — and what we ask from every player who uses the platform.
Each player is entitled to one ph club account only. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited under these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any associated balances and permanent banning of all linked accounts.
ph club services are exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming law. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 21+

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain a ph club Account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
ph club conducts KYC verification to confirm player identity and age. Players may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie as part of this process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Each player may hold only one (1) active Account on the ph club Platform at any time. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated Accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph club Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. ph club will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ph club support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You warrant that all information provided to ph club during and after registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. ph club reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time for ongoing KYC compliance purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
ph club employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform. Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced Account security. ph club is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
ph club accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and cryptocurrency, subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in the ph club cashier section. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph club does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
ph club reserves the right to refuse any deposit where there is reason to believe it is connected to fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name may be refused and refunded.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. A Player whose Account has not completed KYC will have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete. ph club targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes (from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by ph club):
ph club reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph club does not apply foreign exchange fees. Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their deposit converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as published by ph club.
ph club offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific Terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
By using the ph club Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
All content on the ph club Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the property of ph club or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph club content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph club's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes ph club's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ph club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, ph club reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, ph club will return the Player's verified Account balance within a reasonable timeframe using the Player's registered withdrawal method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and ph club shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.
Players are encouraged to contact ph club support in the first instance to resolve any complaint informally. ph club aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
ph club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph club will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a notice on the ph club Platform. The date of the most recent revision is published at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ph club Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
